Karen is a skilled investment management professional with over 25 years-experience within the investment management industry engaged in consultancy, relationship management and leading a diverse range of projects across operations, product development, business integration and outsourced solutions.
Karen began her career at an Investment Bank in South Africa before moving to BZW Hong Kong to establish a centralised dealing desk. After which she joined an international consultancy company specialising in Investment Management servicing clients in Asia and Australia. After relocating to London, she continued to offer consultancy services to a variety of Investment Management companies, leading a diverse range of programmes and projects. She actively challenged her clients’ business to identify key areas for change, streamlining processes and improving efficiencies. Karen’s clients included Hermes Asset Management, Aberdeen Asset Management, Capital Group, Morley Asset Management, BNP Paribas Security Services, Dresdner RCM and WestLB Asset Management.
