George commenced his career with training in chartered accountancy and audit firms in London. He later transitioned to an AIM-listed company, focusing on financial control and corporate governance. Subsequently, he specialised in providing outsourced financial and regulatory services to a diverse portfolio of emerging and established investment management firms. George's most recent role was Director of Finance at Zetland Capital Partners, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the firm as a special situations investor.
